Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for backing up any data on their devices before repair. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. You must provide accurate information about the device and its issues to ensure proper diagnosis and repair.

Warranty

All repairs come with a limited warranty covering parts and labor for the specific repair performed. The warranty period and terms will be provided with your repair receipt. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear after the repair.

Abandoned Property

Devices not claimed within thirty days of repair completion notification will be considered abandoned property. We reserve the right to dispose of abandoned devices in accordance with local regulations.

If a dispute arises between you and handmadesyatelie, we encourage you to contact us first to seek a resolution. Our dispute resolution process includes:

• Direct negotiation: contact us to discuss and resolve the issue informally
• Mediation: if direct negotiation fails, parties may agree to mediation through a neutral third party
• Arbitration: disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules
• Court proceedings: certain disputes may be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction as specified in the Applicable Law section
