Return Timeframe

Returns and refunds must be requested within the following timeframes:

  • Service dissatisfaction: within 7 days of picking up your repaired device
  • Warranty claims: within the warranty period specified on your repair receipt
  • Order cancellation: before repair work has begun
  • Unclaimed devices: devices not claimed within 30 days may be considered abandoned

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The device must be returned in the same condition as when it left our facility
  • Original repair receipt must be provided
  • The issue must be related to the repair work performed, not new damage or unrelated problems
  • The device must not have been modified, damaged, or misused after repair
  • All original parts and accessories must be included

Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are handled as follows:

  • Warranty-related returns: we cover return shipping costs for warranty claims
  • Customer-initiated returns: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • Local returns: devices can be returned in person at no additional cost
  • Refund of original shipping: original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within the applicable timeframe to notify us of your intent to return
  2. Provide your repair receipt number and a description of the issue
  3. Receive return authorization and instructions from our team
  4. Package the device securely with all original parts and accessories
  5. Ship the device to our address or bring it to our location

We will inspect returned devices to verify eligibility for return or refund. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days after we receive the device.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items and situations are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Diagnostic fees if you choose not to proceed with repair after diagnosis
  • Devices damaged by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications after repair
  • Repairs completed more than the warranty period ago
  • Custom or special-order parts that cannot be resold
  • Services already completed and accepted by the customer
  • Devices that have been lost, stolen, or destroyed

Warranty Coverage

All repairs include a warranty period that covers parts and labor related to the specific repair performed. The warranty duration depends on the type of repair and will be clearly stated on your repair receipt. Typically, our warranties range from thirty to ninety days from the date of service completion.

What Is Covered

Our warranty covers defects in parts or workmanship related to the repair we performed. If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period due to our service, we will repair it at no additional charge. This includes both replacement parts and labor.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover new issues unrelated to the original repair. Water damage, physical damage from drops or impacts, and issues caused by exposure to extreme temperatures are not covered.

Claiming Your Warranty

To claim warranty service, contact us with your repair receipt number and a description of the issue. Bring the device to our location for inspection. We will assess whether the issue is covered under warranty and proceed accordingly. Please retain your original repair receipt as proof of service.

Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your repair, please contact us within seven days of picking up your device. We will work with you to address any concerns and ensure the repair meets your expectations.

Diagnostic Services

If you choose not to proceed with a repair after receiving a diagnostic assessment, the diagnostic fee is non-refundable. However, if you approve and complete the repair, the diagnostic fee is typically waived or applied toward the total repair cost.

General Legal Requirements

This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws and regulations. Your rights as a consumer may include:

  • Right to receive services as described and agreed upon
  • Right to repair or replacement for defective workmanship

Refund Procedure

When a refund is approved, we will process it as follows:
